Most of my coaching is done over the phone. It is very similar to having a long heart-warming conversation with your best friend! That being said, depending on your location, if you would rather Skype OR meet for coffee (depending on location), that is always an option.
If you happen to be in another country, FaceTime Audio can work really well if you have an iPhone. Just know that my coaching can reach you no matter where you may be.
And remember, my coaching provides you an opportunity to be absolutely honest without any judgement. I provide a true SAFE ZONE!

Notes:
You will be sent a questionnaire before we start coaching together so I can get a basic understanding of your current situation. You will also be assigned a little homework in-between sessions to apply what we talked about.
